I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful village in the Dordogne region. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices that suited my budget perfectly. The attention to detail was impressive, with newly renovated rooms that were tastefully decorated and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the fridge in the room, as it allowed me to store drinks and snacks for my day trips exploring the area. The location of the hotel, near the river, was a definite plus, as it offered easy access to picturesque walks along the water's edge. Furthermore, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast, which consisted of a nice variety of options and a self-service coffee machine, was a great way to start my day and provided a wholesome and tasty meal.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is in a excellent location in a lovely village. The rooms were very clean the pool was excellent. The staff were friendly.
We had dinner in the hotel but it was not good value. We did not have breadfast in the hotel as we felt 7.50 a head was expensive when you could go down the road to the other restaurant/bar and have a breakfast for 4 euro a head.

This hotel was a great choice for our family holiday. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the swimming pool was well maintained. The breakfast was also tasty and included a good selection of food. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside and watching the local village life go by. Plus, the location was perfect for us, with easy access to the motorway and nearby attractions.
That the air conditioning was not very strong, but fortunately, we had cool breezes from outside during our stay. while the staff was very friendly, some of them spoke limited English, which made communication a bit more difficult.

This Hotel was great, easy to find,on a very quiet main road. The Hotel had a restaurant but was very expensive, but there are two other bar/restaurants very close by.The rooms were of high standard, the beds were to die for, I wished I could taken mine home.Car parking was at the back of the hotel and free plus there was a lovely swimming pool at the rear. This place St.Sozy was such a lovely village and a short walk to La Dordogne river.Would love to go back some time,Brian

The location, a small village surrounded by stunning nature, was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice mini-fridge that kept our drinks refreshingly cool. the swimming pool area was a great boon, as we could cool off and sunbathe in peace and quiet.
The reception was rather pushy about their breakfast and dinner offers, but we preferred to explore the nearby cafes and restaurants. the breakfast we saw didn't seem worth the price they were asking for it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, and it was obvious that it had been recently renovated and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great - I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and well-kept. The location was perfect, as I was able to easily walk to the nearby river to take in the beautiful views. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and provided great fuel for the day ahead.
No negatives from this place.
